VMware Easy Install
The main reason why we never offered a trial before is that the AdvertPro installation process is rather difficult if you are not already familiar with Java, Tomcat and MySQL. We felt it was much easier for potential customers to sign up for an instant demo. However, that was then and this is now. Today it is possible to run AdvertPro in a virtual machine with the same performance as running it on a bare metal server. The difference is that you just download our virtual machine, open it up in VMware Player or VMware Workstation and click run. Goodbye complicated installation process!
For the curious, our virtual machine comes with CentOS 6.3 (64-bit), JDK 7, Tomcat 7, MySQL 5.5, Connector/J 5.1 and AdvertPro 2.5 already installed and configured. All you need to do is enter your trial license key. Once you have done that you can use AdvertPro without restriction for 30 days. In fact, we have even thrown in our contextual targeting and geographic targeting add-on modules so you can get the full AdvertPro experience.
